Returns Policy for all manufacturers
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please e-mail us to receive a return authorization number. In principle, we will not accept returns by your personal reason and items which are "special order item". For returns made 14 days from the date of receipt payment will be refunded less shipping fee.
In cases where a shipment has been made in error by us or a manufacturer, the customer has 7 days from receipt of the item to e-mail to notify us about it. We will resend the replacement item as soon as we receive the wrong item from you or confirm the error. In this case, we will pay the re-shipping cost and refund the return cost to Japan.
In the event of theft, loss or damage of an insured item during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. You are advised to hold onto the item until an insurance claim has been placed with the shipping service.
