Orders will be shipped using FedEx or EMS (Japan post). Please select which one you wish at [Check out] page. We can ship items with almost same cost by FedEx or EMS. And on the shopping cart, the shipping cost will not be indicated when you checked out, the actual shipping cost will be billed to you . When your order is shipped we will send you the tracking number. Items can be tracked by visting FedEx tracking web site , the Japan Post EMS website or your country's EMS website. The shipping and insurance cost will depend on the weight and value of the item(s) and you will be informed accordingly. Some small items may also be sent in a small packet via regular Air Mail.
For credit card payments we can only ship the order to the card holder's billing address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or an address other than the billing address.
Note: our international shipping costs do not cover import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. Any charges imposed by your country's import laws will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery or collection.
