Ordering
1. How do I place an order online?
You can either search by category or by Brand on "Advanced Serch". Once you have found the item you need ,you can easily follow the steps to purchasing your new goods.
2. Can I order by mail or fax?
Yes, we accept orders by mail and fax. Instructions for off-line shopping are provided at Ordering.
3. Sales Tax
Prices on the website do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, they may be charged at your customs when the items are imported, But it is different from each countries laws or condition. customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.
4. What is the cost for Shipping?
The shipping and insurance cost will depend on the weight and value of the item(s) and you will be informed accordingly.
5. Will you ship to international locations?
Yes,International orders will be processed, except for some specific countries.
6. Which credit cards do you accept?
We using PayPal, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover and electronic checks.
 
After Ordering
1. What do I do if I order the wrong item?
If you order the wrong item email us immediately to cancel the order. Please contact us ASAP. Please note that we usually ship items at 3:00 pm JST. We will be unable to cancel your order after your ordered items are dispatched.
2. Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order ,Please mail or 'Contact us'' "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. Please include your Full name and order number. We will be unable to cancel your order if you cancel after shipping. If your items were already shipped, we will do best to stop the shipping, but if it is impossible, we will charge actual shipping cost. View our Shipping Policy for more information.
Returns
1.How can I return an item?
Please review our Return Policy.
2.How can I exchange an item?
For speed and simplicity, please place a new order for the items you would like and return the items you would like refunded. Please request an RMA and once we receive the returned item your refund will be processed. To receive a replacement, simply place a new order for the item you desire.
Refund Returns
1.What is the procedure for a refund?
Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made. A check will be issued if paid by money order or check. If paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the credit card provided on record for that specific order. At the case of payment by "bank wire" the commision fee for refund will be charged. but it is case by case.
