Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped using FedEx international Express, Economy or EMS (Japan post).
The shipping cost will be calculated and inform you by Email. So please wait for our reply and pay total amount with our confirmaiton. We will also inform you approximate delivery.
In the shipping cost, 10% handlinfg fee is included, and at the case of FedEx shipping, its cost will be charged by the real weight or Box volume weight. and it is applied the more heavy one.
We will inform you the tracking number when your items are shipped. Items can be tracked by visting, FedEx tracking web site or the Japan Post EMS website or your country's EMS website.
Please inspect your purchased items carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within three (3) business days of delivery.
In the event of theft, loss or damage of an insured item during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. You are advised to hold onto the item until an insurance claim has been placed with the shipping service.
[ Note ] Our international shipping costs do not cover import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. Any charges imposed by your country's import laws will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery or collection.
And we never accept any claims about import duties at yours.
Returns Policy
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please e-mail us to receive a return authorization number. In principle, we will not accept returns by your personal reason and items which are "special order item". For returns made 14 days from the date of receipt payment will be refunded less shipping fee. All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation. If it is need re-packing or some maintenance when we have returned item, we will charge actual cost for recover.

In cases where a shipment has been made in error by us or a manufacturer, the customer has 3 days from receipt of the item to e-mail to notify us about it. We will resend the replacement item as soon as we receive the wrong item from you or confirm the error. In this case, we will pay the re-shipping cost and refund the return cost to Japan.
We won't accept return as follows.
  • Underwater equipment once used underwater.
  • Blister-packed items once opened.
  • Custom-built equipments and Special Order merchandise.
